I’m a middle aged, Professional carpet cleaner, with over 15 years experience.

I provide top end quality carpet, upholstery and sofa cleaning services to both domestic and commercial properties in Dudley, Stourbridge, Halesowen, Walsall and all the surrounding Birmingham areas.

I neither work for anyone nor sub my work to anyone else. I carry out the work myself.

Qualifications and Training.

I was trained by and a current member of T.AC.CA. which is a nationally recognised trade association dedicated to the cleaning of carpets, hard flooring and soft furnishing.

Both new and existing customers are important to me. I undertake all aspects of the job from taking a call to carrying out the cleaning myself.

Pricing

Minimum charge is £45:00.

Pricing or costs depends on the sizes of the areas to be cleaned. The bigger the room, suite, rug or area the more it costs. I do not have a fixed price list as most of our homes and commercial properties are very different in size and shape.

The carpets such as bedrooms may be lightly soiled carpet whereas restaurants, pubs or clubs could be very greasy and heavily soiled.

Please help provide sizes of rooms and description for estimated carpet cleaning quotations over the telephone. Ideally photo’s of suites would be very helpful sent via What’sApp or email.

When I arrive I pre-spray all the carpets to be cleaned using a non detergent based to soften the dirt before we rinse it out.

Moving the Furniture.

If furniture is to be moved then I will move it from it’s normal position during cleaning.

Once all the pre-spray and carpet agitation is completed the Truckmount carpet cleaning system is used to rinse out the dirt and chemical (using a fresh hot water rinse) leaving your carpets residue free.

Industrial airmovers are used which blow cold air over the carpets, reducing carpet drying times to a minimum.

Generally wall and display units aren’t moved due to no foot fall or foot traffic underneath these items so they are normally very clean almost like new.

Truck Mounted Carpet Cleaning.

I run a Truck mounted or van mounted system (see photo) carpet cleaning system which mounted inside my van.

I carry my own softened water, reducing the time taken to carry out the work (as there is no filling or emptying of any machines with buckets).

A Truck mount carpet cleaning system is an engine driven machine that produces heated water up to 230 degrees Fahrenheit or 110 degrees Celsius of heat. This gives a powerful, deep clean.

The heat is adjustable for different types of carpets, rugs and soiling, from greasy restaurant carpets, pubs or clubs to delicate luxury woolen carpets in high end luxury homes.

I park on your driveway or close to your property as possible and run my hoses from my van into your property.

Due to the hard water in our area I use a water softener water which aids with the cleaning process and leaves the carpet fibres softer to the touch.
